When to Know When to Sell

For some businesses, it is a matter of good timing, taking into account the market trends and the natural life cycle of the business.  For others, the business is the same, the market is the same, it is just plain time to sell.  In that case it is a matter of preparation.  Is now the time, or perhaps it may take a year or two to prepare the business.

This module takes a look at timing from both perspectives: sell when the business looks good, or just plain sell when you are ready to sell.
